Winter Recess

We are currently in the middle of the Winter Recess. The Winter Recess is when Parliament ceases sitting for two months to conduct other Parliamentary business that is difficult to do whilst the house is sitting. Alot of committee hearings take place in this time for example. So instead of posting an old speech I thought I would direct you to the website of the NSW Parliament so you can browse through the hansard yourself.
